My Dad's weather-link software refuses to update the current weather and todays Hi's and lows on the left side of the weather page on the website. It is stuck with a day last summer. Could anyone tell me/us how we would get it to update everything like it use to? I have tried everything and went through all the books and tried to call technical help several times but they are very busy. I am in hopes that someone could direct me on what I need to change or do to get this to display like it use to. Thank you all very much for any assistance. You can see my dads site at the following link and sew what I am talking about. www.whitehallweather.info/Current_Vantage_Pro.htmMerry Christmas everyone. Dusty Butte, Mt ;D

Since the images are fine, it looks like a problem in the template files section.

Yes, your probably right. We checked that out and find nothing in there to change. The entire square area is just blank and not sure where to go and get those at. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

I guess no one can tell us where to find the templates for this software. Thanks for at least looking.

First place to look for the templates would be: C:\WeatherLink\Sample Templates But that is not written in stone. Just look for the WeatherLink directory on your hard drive and they should be within it. Your currently using "Current_Vantage_Pro". So that is the one you want to find an add back in there. PS, Don't overlook the Help file in WeatherLink. Just click on the question mark in the WeatherLink window. Lots of good information in there.
