Hello everyone. This place doesn't seem to get the traffic or responses that much but what the hay, I'll give it a shot. I'm currently using the davis 6555 weatherlinkIP product and am upload data to weatherunderground as well. I have noticed though that the wind readings are almost universally cut in half. If I look in weatherlink 5.8.1 itself, they are correct as they should be, but for some reason when the auto upload happens, the wind readings are not correct? Anyone else ran into this problem? Guess I'll start there and hopefully some of you can help me with this problem.
TIA

I don't upload to WU but I'll take a stab at it just in the unlikely case I might be right.
Do you and WU use the same units? If you're using mph and WU is using m/s (meters per second) I believe it would show around half.

how are you comparing your readings... there are time delays. are you using the rapid update version?
I send a 2 minute archive...
